Perfect. Clean. Simple on the surface but wildly complex. These are the things that mark the Coachella Valley in California as one of the best places in the desert to find yourself. It would make sense that the craft beer brewed there would contain this same mixture of simple process with a rich and complex mastery that can only come with the patience born and bred in the deserts of the Inland Empire.
Started in 2013 in what is arguably America’s favorite concert spot on the planet, Coachella Valley Brewing sources local ingredients and uses a farm-to-table method in their brewing process that really puts on display the fertile richness tucked about in the Inland Empire in general. They have an incredible 17 barrel brewhouse and one of fifteen H.E.B.S. systems in the world.
